The Field Sourcing Support Specialist acts as a central point of contact between field associates, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of requests and maintaining operational continuity. This position involves handling a variety of sourcing categories including office supplies, toner, shipping, and inventory management. You will leverage strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service expertise to support field locations and contribute to process improvements. Accountabilities :

• Manage relationships with office-supply vendors and serve as the primary contact for field requests.
• Coordinate with vendors overseeing service contracts and monitor fulfillment of agreements.
• Monitor and respond to sourcing inquiries submitted by retail locations through centralized communication channels.
• Assist with general sourcing tasks including toner orders, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for shipping-related questions, escalations, and tracking needs.
• Research and resolve escalated issues, providing timely updates to field locations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with sourcing processes and service-level expectations.
• Collaborate with senior support specialists to streamline intake and follow-through of sourcing requests.
