Mobility Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mobility Administrator to join our team. As a Mobility Administrator you will play a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction of mobile device management operations ensuring the seamless functionality and advancement of mobile systems within our organization. Leveraging your extensive experience you will provide expert-level leadership in advanced troubleshooting system configuration and project management specifically related to mobile technologies. Beyond core mobile administration you will act as a key influencer in the implementation of advanced mobile collaboration technologies and automation initiatives for mobile device management. Your responsibilities extend to overseeing budgets contributing to strategic planning and serving as the Subject Matter Expert for all mobile technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Hardware Support

• Oversee the provision and support for all company-approved mobile and computing devices.
• Manage the timely response to service requests submitted through the ITSM ticketing system email phone and other approved platforms.
• Champion thorough documentation of all incidents and requests within the ITSM ticketing system.
• Manage adherence to assigned work orders ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations and established SLAs.
• Own the end-to-end processes of fulfillment and onboarding for Acquisitions Greenfields and the New Hire Experience.
• Provide operational direction in resolving complex mobile and desktop-related issues and mentor junior team members.
