This role requires someone who knows how to run the field coordinating crews, subcontractors, and materials to keep operations running smoothly and safely. If youve led teams on complex utility installations and understand how to navigate public works or municipal projects, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Need :

7+ years of field experience in water and wastewater utility construction

Strong background overseeing pipeline work , including mains, valves, and connections

Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and project milestones

Knowledge of safety protocols and local compliance requirements

Solid leadership and communication skills you know how to run a tight, efficient jobsite
