Job Title : Physician Assistant – Outpatient Clinic

Location : White Rock Medical Center – Dallas, TX

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM, 7 days a week (flexible scheduling available)

Employment Type : Full-Time or Part-Time

Salary : Competitive, based on experience

Position Overview :

White Rock Medical Center is seeking an exceptional Physician Assistant to join our premier outpatient clinic team. This role offers the perfect blend of clinical challenge and professional satisfaction, working with a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, technology-enhanced environment. You'll be part of a collaborative healthcare team committed to delivering outstanding patient care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Comprehensive Care Delivery : Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a full spectrum of outpatient medical conditions across all age groups
  • Procedural Excellence : Perform minor procedures including suturing, incision and drainage, joint injections, and skin lesion removal
  • Collaborative Practice : Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and specialists to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care
  • Clinical Documentation : Maintain thorough, accurate EMR documentation and coding for optimal patient care continuity
  • Patient Communication : Provide clear, compassionate communication with patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care
  • Quality Assurance : Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with clinical protocols

Qualifications : Required :

  • Current PA license in Texas with NCCPA certification in good standing
  • DEA license or eligibility to obtain
  • BLS certification required; ACLS strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities
  • Preferred :

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in outpatient, family medicine, urgent care, or internal medicine
