Unarmed Security Officer 3rd Shift (11 : 00pm-6 : 00am)

Role Overview : Security Engineers is seeking dedicated Unarmed Security Officers to help maintain safe and secure environments for our clients. Officers play a vital role in deterring incidents through visibility, vigilance, and proactive engagement. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring access points, verifying identification, responding to alarms / emergencies, and maintaining detailed logs. This role requires professionalism, strong observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications : Valid Security Officer / Guard License as required by state licensing authority. Must be at least 18 years old.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Conduct walking patrols to identify and report safety concerns
• Monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials
• Monitor surveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol
• Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents
• Perform routine security tasks (e.g., locking / unlocking doors)
• Assist visitors and employees professionally
• Enforce site-specific post orders and security protocols
• Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)

This is a full and part-time position 3rd shift, Tues-Sat : 11p-6a. Number of openings for this position : 1
