• Redefine Recruitment : Develop creative strategies to attract exceptional talent that is hard working, competitive, and results driven.
• Know your Product : Quickly learn and articulate Orion180’s mission, culture, and priorities.
• Build Connections : Source and connect with high performers, showcasing our company and mission, network at recruiting events, and partner with universities and industry groups to create a robust talent pipeline.
• Orchestrate the Hiring Journey :  Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and selecting top candidates with precision and care.
• Drive Impactful Metrics : Meet aggressive time-to-fill and quality of hire goals while ensuring a first-class candidate experience
