Job Responsibilities :
Operate a Front-End Loader and other equipment as needed.Perform daily pre and post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policiesPerform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by managementOperate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiencyProperly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environmentOther duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS :
Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.1+ years of experience as a Front-End Loader operator preferred.Previous Quarry or Sales Yard experience preferred.Able to do safety and maintenance inspections throughout the day.Capable of demonstrating equipment and troubleshooting knowledge.Experience working with loading trucks / barges preferred.Ability to understand basic safety and work instruction.Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.Good organizational, scheduling and time management skills.Welding experience helpful along with general maintenance and repair abilities.Experience in heavy equipment operation a plus but not required.Team player mentality.Working outdoors in varied weather conditions with the probability of dust, noise, heat, and cold.Must pass pre-employment drug testing.Rogers Group provides extensive benefits, strong compensation, and a safe, drug-free working environment.
