NON-PUBLISHED – Our client, a highly-regarded, full-service, Chicago-based law firm seeks a well-trained corporate associate with a strong venture capital fund experience to join its Chambers & Partners ranked Corporate practice group. The firm’s Private Equity and Venture Fund group helps clients structure successful strategies for mergers and acquisitions, raising capital through equity and debt financings, incentivizing executives, and starting and expanding operations.

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials
• 2 to 4 years of corporate M&A and venture capital fund experience from a nationally recognized law firm
• IL Bar License or waiver eligibility
