Executive Assistant, Amazon Health Finance

We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Directors in our Amazon One Medical Finance organization, with opportunities to provide coverage for our VP of Amazon Health Services Finance. You'll join a close-knit, high-performing team where your ideas and innovations will directly influence how we operate. This is more than just calendar management - you'll be a key partner in shaping our operational excellence and driving process improvements that impact our entire organization.

A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as is sophistication in managing complex stakeholder relationships. You will be an influential communicator who can manage complex situations and build strong partnerships across senior leadership teams. Understanding of organizational dynamics and ability to navigate business relationships is crucial. This role offers excellent visibility and growth potential for a talented Executive Assistant looking to advance their career.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for two Directors and provide strategic coverage for VP calendar, including high-stakes meetings, travel arrangements, and competing priorities
• Drive special project initiatives focused on process improvement and operational excellence
• Serve as a key point of contact, effectively managing communications and requests from senior stakeholders across One Medical and Amazon Health organizations
• Prepare and proofread executive-level communications, presentations, and strategic documents with exceptional attention to detail
• Lead and coordinate high-visibility team activities including All Hands meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
• Track and manage critical action items, ensuring timely follow-up on strategic initiatives
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and documents
• Partner with other EAs to implement and standardize best practices across the organization
• Process complex expense reports and maintain accurate financial tracking
• Support cross-functional projects that drive operational improvements
• Anticipate leadership needs and proactively address potential issues or conflicts
• Coordinate strategic communications and maintain critical team documentation

A day in the life

Your day centers on providing strategic support to two Directors while partnering with fellow Finance and Business EAs to build and implement new mechanisms that elevate our EA community. You'll balance critical meeting preparation and process improvement initiatives, working closely with Finance leadership and business teams.
