Overview :

OneCare LTC is a closed-door , long-term care pharmacy, that specializes in providing medications to nursing homes, assisted living communities, and other long-term care communities.

We are seeking a Licensed Staff Pharmacist to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping patients. Qualified candidates will demonstrate superior communication and organizational skills while adhering to our high standard of excellence.

• This position will be working afternoon shifts (2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm). This position includes rotating holidays and weekends as well.
