Job Duties and Responsibilities
CustodianPrepare and process all paperwork including account opening transfer of assets and account changesProcess all service requests for existing accountsProcess client distribution and contribution requestsTroubleshoot account issues proactively working with custodians third party providers and clientsProcess closing accountsTrack and monitor account requests in processMaintain client online portals with custodianOperationsServe as contact between SWMG clients custodians and third-party providers.Perform weekly service meeting preparation paperworkProcess post meeting activitiesProcess check depositsManage Client Relationship Management (CRM) softwareProcess 401k rolloversProcess Roth IRA conversionsProcess Required Minimum DistributionsPrepare new client foldersTracking of New Assets Under Management (NAUM) and New ClientsTrack assigned business metrics and reportingAssist in new employee hiring and trainingWrite and update policies and proceduresPerform research on various topicsPrepare for weekly meeting with managerAdministrative ActivitiesAnswer phonesProcess in and outbound mailDocument scanningMeeting schedulingTrading ActivitiesEnroll trade and reallocate investment accounts as recommendedPrepare investment proposalsInsurance ActivitiesPrepare and request new insurance quotesProcessing insurance applicationsGuide clients through underwriting processAdvisorsProvide assistance to advisors where neededManage advisor licensing and registrationManage new advisor training scheduleEventsAssist in preparationClient and marketing events attendance and assistanceOther work as neededJob Requirements
