job_description.job_card.job_descriptionInitiate, document, and submit change requests for system modifications, upgrades, and patches following company policies. Collaborate with technical teams to gather necessary information for change requests, including implementation plans, back-out plans, and risk assessments. Liaise with the Change Management team and stakeholders to ensure proper review, approval, and scheduling of changes. Ensure all changes adhere to established standards and best practices for the financial industry. Monitor the progress of changes and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess the success and impact of completed changes. Work with security teams to identify, prioritize, and track vulnerabilities within systems. Raise and manage change requests for patches and security updates to remediate identified vulnerabilities. Coordinate with technical teams to schedule and execute vulnerability remediation efforts. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all vulnerability-related changes and outcomes. Collaborate with the Change Management team to define, refine, and enforce standards for system changes. Ensure all change and vulnerability management processes comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, Client). Contribute to the continuous improvement of change and vulnerability management frameworks. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in change management, IT operations, or a similar role, preferably within financial services. Strong understanding of IT change management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Familiarity with vulnerability management processes and security best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams, management, and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. ITIL certification. Experience with change management and vulnerability management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Tenable.io, Qualys). Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements.
