Private Radiology group is seeking a Breast Radiologist in the Charlotte, NC area!

  • Based in Gastonia, NC. Just outside of Charlotte.
  • Physician Owned and Physician Led private group.
  • Providing Radiology services for 5 locations.
  • Established in 1949. This group has deep connections and stability.
  • 18 total Radiologists.

Benefits :

  • Employed W2 role or 2 Year Partnership Track Available .
  • Comprehensive Health and Benefits Package
  • Dedicated staff to support licensure, credentialing, benefits, onboarding etc.
  • Base Salary : $700,000 for partners
  • Bonuses : Additional $25-$40K annually
  • Sign On Bonus : $100K
  • PTO : 10 Weeks
  • Partnership Track Retirement Plan : Profit Sharing Program
  • Employee Track Retirement Plan : 401K

    • About this role :

  • Breast Radiologist
  • Location : Gastonia, NC just outside of Charlotte.
  • This group covers Radiology services for a 450 bed hospital, 3 Imaging Centers, and 1 Breast Center. Added a second full hospital in 2024.
  • The group is very well established in the area and has long standing hospital contracts to remain independent.
  • 8am - 5pm eastern time schedule.
  • Call : Every 4-6 Weeks. (No Call required if not on Partner Track)
  • Collaboration with other rads during entire shift - never working alone
  • Volume : 75 wRVU's
  • Mixture of Breast Imaging along with General Radiology

    • Background Desired :

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
  • Eligible to acquire a North Carolina state license
  • The physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care
  • Background in Breast Radiology / Mammography
