Were looking for Principal Systems Engineer - RF Signal and Sensor Modeling Engineers who enjoy solving complex problems engaging in a dynamic team environment and are eager to learn.

As a Principal Systems Engineer - RF Signal and Sensor Modeling Engineer you will work on a close-knit team to create advanced physics-based modeling solutions in the DoD Space. You will develop key technologies in the RF domain to help engineers grasp the most complex aspects of energy transport enabling the design and test of tomorrows artificial intelligence algorithms and hardware solutions. You will deploy cutting-edge technologies leverage your software development skills and collaborate with your Signal and Sensor Modeling peers. This is an Onsite role in Tucson AZ.

What You will Do :

• You will champion novel solutions for advanced modeling techniques
• You will develop new C models in an extensible and maintainable fashion
• You will deploy Radio Frequency (RF) phenomenology and advanced physics concepts in software implementation
• You will enable our customers success through adoption and utilization of modeling solutions
• You will work efficiently inside an established software product across programming languages and technical environments
• You will research and develop novel RF modeling solutions
• You will coordinate with multiple development teams to prioritize and solve complex software and physics problems
• You will mentor and share RF expertise with your team

This position requires onsite work in Tucson AZ : part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process candidates may be asked to attendselect steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
