Technical Program Manager

Our Robotics team is focused on unlocking general-purpose robotics and pushing towards AGI-level intelligence in dynamic, real-world settings. Working across the entire model stack, we integrate cutting-edge hardware and software to explore a broad range of robotic form factors. We strive to seamlessly blend high-level AI capabilities with the physical constraints of physical systems.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive complex, cross-functional programs that accelerate progress in robotics research and development. You will partner closely with engineers, researchers, and leadership to define priorities, design processes, and ensure smooth execution across both technical and operational tracks.

We're looking for people who are organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while enabling technical teams to focus on their highest-impact work.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role, you will :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional robotics programs from inception to launch
  • Build scalable processes to coordinate across research, engineering, and operations teams
  • Drive clarity, manage risks, and ensure alignment on priorities and milestones
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership

You might thrive in this role if you :

  • Have strong organizational and program management skills, with a track record of leading complex technical projects
  • Are an excellent communicator who can influence and align diverse stakeholders
  • Are comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and excel at bringing structure to complexity
  • Have familiarity with robotics, hardware / software integration, or research workflows (a plus, not required)
