General Summary of Position :

• Maintain Agent Contacts from event lists in Salesforce
• Update Agent assignments for all Channel Managers and Support
• Assist Channel Program Managers in marketing initiatives
• Creating Salesforce Reports / Dashboards for Directors and VPs
• Processing Handoffs
