Weatherford is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Houston. This role is pivotal in driving strategic hiring initiatives across engineering, operations, technical, and corporate functions. As a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, the Senior Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent aligned with Weatherford's operational and strategic goals.

Location : St. James Place Office, Houston, TX Work Arrangement : On-site, Monday to Friday Reports to : Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Western Hemisphere

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HRBPs, developing a deep understanding of business needs, workforce plans, and role requirements.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced hire positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and consultative guidance to improve hiring outcomes and workforce planning.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and promote Weatherford's employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with global and Geozone HR teams and COEs to align recruitment efforts with broader HR strategies.
• Champion equitable and competitive compensation practices in partnership with HR and Total Rewards.
• Maintain accurate and timely data in the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and other TA systems.
