Job Overview

The Technology Software Engineer collaborates with managed service vendors and technical teams to design implement and deploy services for Subscriptions Amil and other Subscription MarketPlace technologies. This role includes participating in architecture and design sessions as well as interacting with Amdocs architects and technical product and solution managers to explore technology features assess feasibility and support estimation. Working closely with managed service vendors the Software Engineer will share responsibility for developing and delivering subscription-based and digital charge injection code while automating continuous integration and delivery processes.

Supports engineering projects by developing software solutions; conducting tests and inspections; preparing reports and calculations. Expected to supervise associate engineers on occasion.

Understands system protocols how systems operate and data flows. Aware of current technology benefits. Expected to independently develop a full software stack. Understands the building blocks interactions dependencies and tools required to complete software and automation work. Independent study of current technology.

Technical Leadership

• Collaborates with technical teams and utilizes system expertise to deliver technical solutions.
• Continuously learns new technologies.

Technical Writing

Writes basic documentation on how technology works. Contributes clear documentation for new code and systems used.

Documenting systems designs presentations and business requirements for consumption at the engineer level.

Technology Strategy

Contributes to emerging technologies to deliver business goals.

Understands current technology that supports business goals. Understands system protocols how systems operate and data flows. Aware of current technology benefits. Expected to independently develop a full software stack. Understands the building blocks interactions dependencies and tools required to complete software and automation work. Independent study of current technology is expected. Interact with system engineers to define system requirement and / or necessary requirements for automation.

Education and Work Experience :

Bachelors Degree Computer Science or Engineering (Required)

2-4 years - Technical engineering experience.

2 - 4 years of experience with Java 17 Spring Boot 3. X and TAAP4.X experience is a preferred.

Base Pay Range : $92500 - $166800

Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year.
