The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location work experience education licensure requirements and / or skill level. Salary Range :

$47500.00 - $71300.00

Purpose Statement : To ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating troubleshooting and maintaining test equipment. Through collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning strive to maintain efficient testing processes identify and resolve product defects and ultimately contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexuss commitment to quality.

Key Job Accountabilities :

• Executes Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are high-quality cost-appropriate and satisfy the customers requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation analysis and verification of documentation programs models processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates a basic discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of as it applies to their role.
