Requirements to Apply

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Board-certified in the relevant patient population served
• Active medical license to practice in the state of Massachusetts
• Active DEA #
• Active physician participant or eligible for applicable payor provider panels including Medicare
• At least two years of practical experience providing psychiatric treatment to adults, adolescents and / or children

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to join our team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered mental health care. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, treatment, and ongoing care of a diverse patient population. You will assess patients mental and physical health, develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate medical, psychological, and social interventions, and monitor treatment progress with appropriate adjustments. As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and ethical care. This position requires a strong understanding of psychiatric best practices, a commitment to patient well-being, and the ability to manage a caseload of up to 16 patients. Your responsibilities will also include admitting and discharging patients, adhering to clinical standards and organizational policies, and consistently upholding the highest standards of ethical and legal practice.
