This is a unique opportunity for an associate who wants to deepen their expertise in estate litigation while gaining exposure to estate planning and administration, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle estate litigation matters, including contested probate and fiduciary disputes
• Appear in Surrogate’s Court for motions, hearings, and proceedings
• Draft motions, petitions, and legal filings for estate matters
• Assist with estate planning and administration tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, court staff, adversaries, and witnesses
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced practice
• Participate in developing and maintaining client relationships
