Typical Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Sustaining high volume wafer manufacturing by providing technical expertise in photolithography processes
- Developing improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time
- Root cause investigation of discrepant material and implementation of quality improvement programs
- Troubleshooting process shifts and applying SPC fundamentals to identify areas for improvement
- Optimizing process to lower cost, maximize output, and match performance across tools
- Qualifying new equipment and new processes
- Analyzing cycle time and equipment overall operational efficiency
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's in Physics, Optics, Materials Science, Electronics, or a related field of study.5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in photolithography, with preference for ASML PAS 5500 i-line stepper / DUV scanner, Nikon SF-series i-line stepper, Ultratech stepper and metrologyGood understanding of photolithography theory and process knowledgeAble to work on-site in cleanroomPreferred Qualifications :
Excellent communication and teamwork skillsDemonstrated technical leadership skills and ability to productively engage with individuals from a range of backgrounds.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with a high degree of ownershipFlexibility to learn new systems, platforms and processesAble to adapt to frequently changing environmentSelf-starter with a strong work ethic who will thrive in a dynamic 24 / 7 operationStrong knowledge and past ownership of photolithography exposure tool is desiredPast experience of people management is highly preferredFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and / or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Job Req Type : Experienced Required Travel : No Shift Type : 1st Shift / Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $106,500 to $159,750.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
