Our Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for :
• Greeting guests and others in a courteous, polite and warm manner.
• Directs and provides assistance to visitors as needed and ensures all visitors sign in and wear a visitor’s badge.
• Respond to the needs of residents, families and visitors by providing immediate assistance.
• Welcomes new residents upon the arrival to the Community. If after hours / weekend, delegates this responsibility.
• Makes welcome calls to new resident family members within first 24 hours
• Visits new residents for the first 3 days after they move in
• Ensues new residents rooms are cleaned and ready prior to admission
• Responsible for admission gift, welcome sign, updated phone list, current calendar, TV on music when resident arrives
• Assists Sub acute rehab residents select their meals electronically or assigns a person to assist
• Provides clerical and administrative support to the Health Care Center
• Answer telephone, determine nature of call and relay information or route call as appropriate.

This position is Monday through Friday 8am-4pm and every other weekend.
