About the Role :
Are you organized, adaptable, and excited to support meaningful healthcare initiatives? We're seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our on-site operations team for a large-scale medical screening project running through September.
This hybrid position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and is ready to jump in and support both behind the scenes and on-site as needed.
What You'll Do :
- Coordinate logistics and staffing for medical screening events across NY regions
- Support event execution on-site (occasional travel required)
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with schedule creation, supplies, and troubleshooting daily issues
- Monitor event flow and report data to optimize efficiency
- Help ensure the team stays on track and aligned with goals
Who You Are :
A strong communicator and multitaskerDetail-oriented and proactiveAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and SaturdaysTech-savvy with MS Office (especially Excel , Outlook , and Teams )2+ years of experience in event planning, project coordination, or field operations (preferred)What to Expect :
