We are seeking a friendly and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls and place outbound callsIdentify the reason for the customers call, collect relevant information, and provide solutionsRefer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topicsUpsell products and services when appropriateUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customersDocument all customer interactionsAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledgeQualifications
High school diploma / GEDPrevious experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferredExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesFamiliarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programsAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
