The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides advanced nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. The NP works collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and health histories.
Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic illnesses.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results.
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with state regulations.
Provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Education : Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Licensure : Current Nurse Practitioner license in Iowa
Skills : Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Competencies
Experience in Pediatric Care
Proficiency in EHR systems.
