Job Description
This position involves delivering exceptional customer service, conducting market surveys, and handling various aspects of leasing, including showing, processing applications, and managing move-ins. The responsibilities also include daily updating of unit availability, processing maintenance work orders, adhering to operating procedures and policies, and managing collections in accordance with company standards. The role extends to clerical and phone support, maintaining resident files for accuracy, and overseeing move-in appointments and inspections to meet Red Tail's standards. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to resolve resident complaints, conduct move-out inspections, and manage deposit accounting with Community Manager approval. Maintaining accurate account records, including NSF’s, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and other management-approved transactions, is essential. Additionally, the role encompasses performing tasks or duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Physical Demands
The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and / or visual alarms and be available to work extended / flexible hours and weekends as needed.
Attendance / Travel
This position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. The position also requires regular attendance and active participation / planning at company functions and events.

Computer Skills
Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Prefer knowledge of the following software programs : Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check
Learning And Development
Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our company’s continuing education programs.
Education
High school education or equivalent is required.
CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA Certifications are preferred but not required.
Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use all on-site resident management software functions.
Professional Experience
Two years of experience in residential Community management in the Multifamily Industry is required.
