Responsibilities
Safely operates all models of buses, including the latest electric vehicles.Transports our customers and assists them in making important travel decisions.Maintains a clean and professional demeanor and appearance.Supports customers with travel related questions and issues.Follows an assigned route, collect fares while stopping to allow customers to board and deboard.Assists customers using wheelchairs or other mobility devices.Communicates with team members, completes written reports and forms.Adheres to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and guidelines.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Educations and / or Experience :
2 years of customer service experienceValid CA Class C license required with excellent driving recordMust be 21 years or older with a California Driver's License (at least two years with CA driver's license)High school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to upgrade to Class B driver's license with a passenger endorsement and air brakes certification, with no restrictions of the weight of the vehicleAvailability to work varying shifts, hours, days, and locationsSkill Set :

Sitting, walking, standing, bending neck (up and down), twisting neck (side to side), twisting and bending waist (forward or sideways), squatting (similar to the bowling position), climbing, kneeling (to bend on one knee), simple grasping, controlled grasping, power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing / pulling, reaching above / below / at shoulder height and lifting / carrying 0 - 30 pounds.
