Were looking for a dependable detail-oriented Shipping & Office Assistant to join our close-knit team. This is a full-time on-site position at our Woodway warehouse and office. Youll play a key role in supporting daily operations from preparing shipments and organizing inventory to helping with customer documentation and general office support.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

Prepare label and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Receive inspect and organize incoming freight.

Track shipments and proactively communicate updates or issues.

Ensure packaging meets The Spa Marts quality and presentation standards.

Inventory & Warehouse Support

Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment.

Assist with stock counts labeling and replenishment of bins.

Collaborate with the operations and project teams to fulfill VIP move-ins and spa project orders.

Help stage orders for photography display or client walkthroughs when needed.

Office & Administrative Support

Assist with order entry data entry and maintaining organized records.

Support customer service and vendor communications when needed.

Maintain front office organization and help with project documentation.

Occasionally assist with special projects or event preparations.

Team & Culture

Work closely with the operations warehouse and leadership teams to meet shared goals.

Jump in where needed were a small team with a big heart and everyone contributes.

Uphold The Spa Marts values of integrity teamwork and gratitude.

Must love cats our warehouse supervisor Miss Mona takes her afternoon rounds seriously!

Qualifications

Prior experience in shipping receiving or warehouse operations preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Comfort using computers label printers and inventory systems.

Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day.

Schedule

MondayFriday 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

Occasional weekends or overtime during peak project periods
