Switchboard Operator

This is a Full Time, Switchboard Operator opportunity within Northwest Medical Center.

Position Purpose

Operates switchboard console and routes calls to the appropriate person or location. Performs multiple tasks related to business office operations.

Position Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

Education : Required : High School diploma / GED or equivalent years of experience

Experience : No previous experience required

Skills : Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
