As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities :
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate the hotel phone system and transfer calls to the appropriate department
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferredKnowledge of hotel management systems and proceduresStrong customer service skills with a focus on hospitalityExcellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systemsAbility to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment is a plusFamiliarity with front desk operations and proceduresJob Type : Full-time
