We are currently seeking a Healthcare and Life Sciences Marketing Business Partner to join our team in Plano, Texas, United States. The Senior Marketing Specialist Advisor serves as the Marketing Business Partner for the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical of NTT DATA, collaborating closely with North America business and sales leadership to generate demand and support business growth. This person will have an understanding of our client base and digital technology solutions offered for this industry sector and develop the marketing strategy and programs to help the team achieve overall goals. Responsible for creating the end-to-end marketing program, including campaigns and events designed to generate leads and new sales opportunities. Drives sales and CE engagement with marketing programs, lead follow-up, analyst relations, and client engagement / advocacy opportunities. Provides client and competitive insights to inform the marketing strategy, and tracks / reports marketing performance throughout the year. This person collaborates closely with Regional Marketing, Communications, Consulting, Industry Solutions, Demand Generation and Events, Partner and Portfolio Marketing, and shares insights and feedback from the business unit to the full Marketing team.
Responsibilities include :
- Advise and consult with North America business unit and sales leaders to create an overall marketing strategy designed to achieve growth targets.
- Develop and lead innovative awareness and demand generation programs that align to the business priorities.
- Effectively and efficiently manage marketing programs and events to meet or exceed targeted outcomes.
- Monitor lead generation and follow-up to maximize business opportunities and demonstrate ROI for marketing investments.
- Collaborate closely with Analyst Relations, Public Relations, and Customer Advocacy leaders to enhance and promote market leadership, highlight business leaders as experts in their field, document client success stories, and deepen client relationships.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders and Marketing team members to maximize information-sharing and drive positive results.
- Identify new marketing opportunities through industry research and news monitoring, and participation in industry and / or marketing organizations and events.
- Manage and adhere to the marketing budget, maintain vendor and agency relationships, and oversee related contracts and payments.
Skills and Experience :
Minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated ability to independently drive marketing programs.Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer-facing IT services and / or Healthcare or Life Sciences experience.Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or public relations.Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, and digital marketing technology and tools.Demonstrated history of planning successful campaigns and events.Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with business leaders, team members, and clients.Strong project management and organization skills to plan and execute marketing initiatives and juggle competing priorities.Understanding of the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries, including broader issues and client pain points.
