Position Summary

Were looking for a growth-oriented Creative Strategy Manager to bridge performance marketing insights with breakthrough creative ideas. Sitting at the intersection of Growth Brand and Creative youll translate performance data and customer insights into ideas that move people and drive measurable growth. Youll partner with cross functional teams to shape how Prose shows up across direct response paid and emerging channels guiding creative from brief to production with a special focus on short-form video that converts.

This role is perfect for someone who loves the craft of growth creative strategy distilling data into briefs brainstorming concepts and working cross-functionally to deliver assets that perform.

In the New York Area the anticipated base salary range for this role is $125000 to $135000 annually (10% discretionary bonus and equity). Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience qualifications knowledge and skills. This role will be a hybrid position based out of our Williamsburg office and the expectation is that this person will be in the office 3 days per week.
