Position Overview :

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating advanced machining equipment such as mills, lathes, Swiss turning machines, and gundrilling systems, with a strong emphasis on both production efficiency and quality assurance. Ideal candidates will be technically skilled, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards in machining and inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate a variety of CNC machinery, including mills, lathes, Swiss turning machines, 4-axis horizontal and vertical machining centers, and gundrilling machines

Perform both routine and complex machining tasks on materials such as Titanium and Stainless Steel

Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision tools, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs)

Follow validated procedures (IQ / OQ / PQ) to ensure machine consistency and compliance with quality standards

Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications

Maintain and monitor equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and optimal operation

Uphold strict adherence to production timelines and quality expectations

Qualifications :

Proven experience operating CNC machines in a production or manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of milling and lathe operations

Familiarity with precision inspection tools and quality control practices

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and complex blueprints

High attention to detail and a commitment to precision work

Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving abilities

Experience working with exotic materials (e.g., Titanium) is a plus
