About the Role :

The Spa Director is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the spa facility, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and the development of innovative spa programs and services that align with the brand's standards and customer expectations. Minimum Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or a similar leadership role within the wellness industry.

Proven track record of managing spa operations, including staff supervision and financial oversight.

Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certification in Spa Management or related professional accreditation.

Experience with luxury or high-end spa environments.

Proficiency in spa management software and booking systems.

Background in marketing or sales within the hospitality or wellness sectors.

Multilingual abilities to serve a diverse clientele.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities :

Manage daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including therapists, aestheticians, and receptionists.

Develop and implement spa treatment menus, packages, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase spa visibility and customer engagement.

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve spa services.

Prepare regular reports on spa performance metrics and present findings to senior management.
