Shifts : Monday through Friday, 8a - 5p

Reason for need : Backfill

Daily DX Volume : 50 RVU

Daily IR Volume : 10 RVU

Percentage of Modality Split : Dx 60%, mammo 20%, IR 20%

Minimum Number of Shifts Per Month Per Candidate : 5

No Call

Weekend Required

Number of Beds : 86

EMR : Meditech

Support Staff : Tech

Stereotactic Biopsies

Breast US Biopsy

Wire Localization

Ductagram

Breast MRI

Breast US

Breast Tomosynthesis

Orientation Requirements : Scheduled through MSO; PACS training scheduled with PACS Administrator

Fellowship / Certification Requirements : Be Board Certified (as defined in this Policy) in their primary area of practice at the Hospital. Individuals who are not Board Certified at the time of Application but who have completed their residency or fellowship or other applicable training within the last seven years will be eligible for Medical Staff Membership or Clinical Privileges. However, in order to remain eligible, those individuals must achieve Board Certification in their primary area of practice within seven years from the date of completion of their residency, fellowship or other required training

Active FL License - Required
