With a reputation built on attention to detail, transparency, and environmentally responsible practices, we're now looking for a Landscaping Project Manager & Sales Professional.

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Competitive base salary : $60,000–$65,000 annually
  • Commission opportunities on sold and completed projects

Responsibilities for our Landscaping Project Manager & Sales Professional :

  • Conducting on-site consultations with residential clients to understand their needs, budget, and design preferences
  • Collaborating with internal design and estimating teams to develop and present customized hardscape proposals
  • Managing the full project lifecycle : from pre-construction planning and client communication to on-site coordination with installation crews
  • Acting as the main liaison between clients and the field team to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction
  • Qualifying incoming leads and generating new business through community engagement and referral relationships
  • Contributing to a positive, solution-oriented team environment
  • Requirements for our Landscaping Project Manager & Sales Professional :

  • 1+ years of experience in landscape or hardscape installation
  • 1+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in landscape or home improvement services
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Basic estimating and design familiarity; ability to interpret construction documents and blueprints
  • Comfortable using technology and navigating proposals, estimates, and schedules via computer / tablet
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
