Software Developer

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support our business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to both new development projects and the improvement of existing applications.

You will have strong proficiency in languages such as C# and MS SQL, experience with .NET frameworks, and familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure. You should be passionate about solving complex problems, writing clean and maintainable code, and continuously improving both systems and processes.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Software Development & Coding

o Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications.

o Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

o Debug and resolve technical issues in existing systems.

o Lead programming and software development initiatives using .NET, C#, VBA, and MS SQL

System Integration & Architecture

o Integrate third-party APIs and internal services.

o Contribute to system design and application architecture.

o Collaborate on database design and optimization (e.g., MS SQL)

• Collaboration & Communication

o Work closely with department managers.

o Partner with department leaders to understand their operational needs, troubleshoot issues, and develop technology-driven solutions.

o Clearly communicate technical issues and solutions to stakeholders.

Cloud & Infrastructure

o Develop and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

o Work with VMware or similar virtualization tools for development / testing environments.

o Design and implement scalable solutions to support automated workflows and manufacturing processes.

o Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Preactor planning software, and Tableau.

o Develop and maintain SSRS reporting and Bartender label design software.

o Manage Microsoft Office 365 environment, including email, MFA, Teams phones, and licensing.

Support & Training

o Provide top-tier IT support and customer service to internal users.

o Develop and deliver user training as needed.

o Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly and effectively.

o Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and compliance regulations.

o Data visualization, analytics and related software solutions.

o Any other projects or tasks given to you by leadership.
