  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking an AVP of Account Management Transactional Fraud Special Implementations. This individual contributor role is pivotal in supporting ongoing account management initiatives, with a strong focus on data analytics, validation, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data, maintaining quality control, and establishing new controls as necessary. Essential tasks include providing critical support for various account management initiatives, creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, and working closely with requestors to understand and implement new functionalities. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of end users and a curious, investigative mindset for data and analytics. Applicants for the AVP position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of hands-on experience with Base SAS and at least 3 years' of experience working with Fiserv processes. The role requires the ability to produce and validate various files, as well as a strong understanding of data warehouse tables. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is preferred, or 10 years' of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in consumer and commercial lending data, products, and practices, and experience with credit bureau data. Essential skills include attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in PC applications.
