Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Of Counsel Attorney for our Finance & Restructuring group with six or more years of experience to join the Dallas office. This attorney will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of workout, bankruptcy and related insolvency matters and / or corporate finance transactions, including senior debt, asset based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitrache and mezzanine transactions.
