Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney with 3–10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and hands-on experience managing all phases of litigation. This attorney will play a key role in handling complex disputes and providing counsel to business clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in commercial litigation matters

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs

Conduct legal research and develop case strategy

Take and defend depositions

Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

Manage cases independently while working collaboratively with team members

Participate in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active bar membership in VA

2–7 years of commercial litigation experience

Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills

Experience with depositions, hearings, and motion practice

Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
