Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Physician

Posterity Group LLC is a veteran owned, service-disabled small business, headquartered in Rockville, MD, that specializes in federal government contracting and staffing. We are tasked with staffing the Lexington VA Healthcare System with a Board-Certified Nuclear Medicine Physician. The Physician is expected to perform the following :

• Diagnose and treat diseases using radioactive materials and techniques.
• Prescribe radioactive drugs and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
• Collaborate with other physicians and health care professionals to plan and execute treatment regimens.
• Educate patients and their families on the risks and benefits of nuclear medicine procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive interpretive reports of findings.
• Ensure that the radioactive materials are handled within a controlled environment so as not to endanger those outside the created environment
