job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerforms analyses to support end to end processes within Finance including the support for the period close, analyses of performance such as forecasted period revenue and expenses against actual results, and metrics and scorecard reporting. Assists in monitoring and reporting key financial metrics, including AUM / flows, fee income, expenses, organic growth, and margin. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and delivery; compiles and updates short term and long range forecasts gathering inputs and assumptions from multiple sources; analyze data trends, patterns and anomalies to ensure accuracy and integrity. Provides trend analysis on financial data and operating performance. Interprets and summarizes findings. Compiles financial information and conducts analysis for input into a variety of periodic financial reports. Primarily responsible for the accuracy and quality of own work. Work contributes to the achievement of team goals. Modified based upon local regulations / requirements. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred Experience in financial planning and analysis preferred. Require strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Experience in MAQ and proficiency in data modelling / automation / visualization would be a plus (e.g., Excel VBA / Power Query / Power Pivot, Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku).
