Provide basic patient care, including bathing, feeding, toileting, and ambulation, under the direction of registered nurses. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing team. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment. Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nurse Assistant in the state of Illinois. Previous experience in an Emergency Room or acute care setting preferred. BLS certification required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required .
