Purpose : The CDL Driver will partner with the NHT team and customers by picking up and delivering freight to various locations. This position will take responsibility for verifying and maintaining case counts, at all times, and paperwork of the daily loads.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions :

• Ensures quality customer service.
• Provides accurate and neat paperwork.
• Services the five boroughs in NYC.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Breaks down freight (as needed).
• Maintains clean and neat equipment.

Physical Requirements / Environmental Conditions :

The driver will need to be physically able to work in cold environments, complete extended hours of sitting, standing, bending, climbing in and out of truck and trailer multiple times a day to include physical work that may include but not be limited to : stacking boxes onto pallets and lifting up to 50 lbs. to complete the required tasks.

Work Hours : Varies

Travel : 100% on the road

Compensation : $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
