• Customer service representative experience
• A degree in project management and / or 2 years of experience
• Must know the key terminology of project managers
• Experience with scheduling software
• Are confident with typing and computer multitasking
• Have a tech-savvy mindset to adapt fast
• Stay collected when things get busy
• Enjoy tackling questions and troubleshooting
• Bring positive, upbeat energy into every call or chat
• Work smoothly with teammates and supervisors
• Are reliable, consistent, and always professional
• Perform new client installs and current client major upgrades
• Work on internal projects with R&D as needed
