About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our school-based team in Phoenix, Arizona . In this rewarding role, you'll support students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade , helping them build essential life skills, improve motor development, and participate fully in the classroom environment.

You'll collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that promote independence, engagement, and academic success.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' functional, sensory, and motor needs.
• Develop and implement individualized Occupational Therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Monitor and document student progress with accuracy and timeliness.
• Train and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) on therapy strategies and IEP implementation.
• Integrate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques into classroom and therapy sessions.
• Support students in developing :
