The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of partnership initiatives, including commercial agreements, integrations, and key industry relationships, and must be adept at both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Applicants for the Head of Partnerships position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 8-12 years' of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel strategy, particularly within the relevant industry. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management and communication skills, who is data-driven, financially fluent, and capable of managing revenue targets. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. The Head of Partnerships will also be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance, and to represent the company at various industry events. Experience in SaaS, software ecosystems, or technology integrations is a plus.
