The Role

The Venture Lending Senior Portfolio Analyst is responsible for spreading, managing, and maintaining financial background information on present technology customers, and assisting with monitoring loan portfolio credit and reporting compliance. Position includes making financial analyses, managing spread assignments, assisting during audit preparations, and maintaining related records and files. The incumbent is also responsible for the preparation of a variety of credit department reports as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Performs special financial statement analyses involving technology loan relationships.
• Assist with Advance / Payoff requests, KYC process as needed.
• Assists in the preparation of any reports required from Credit Administration.
• Informs Loan Officers / Credit Officers of relevant trends of specific loans, portfolios, or industries.
• Renders assistance to lending officers on credit matters and loans involving unusual situations or requiring close scrutiny.
• Assist with loan boarding process and coordination.
• Promotes quality customer relations.
• Perform other duties as required.
