Our client is seeking a motivated litigation associate attorney to join a dynamic and growing team. The firm has experienced tremendous success recently leading to an influx of exciting new opportunities from high-profile clients. They are expanding their team to keep up with demand and maintain their standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of pre-trial litigation including drafting pleadings conducting discovery engaging in motion practice and taking depositions.
• Represent major insurance companies handling both first and third-party disputes.
• Work primarily in federal court with significant exposure to high-level litigation.
• Engage with clients directly building and managing relationships early in your tenure.
